 Rachel Bingham is now offering Capoeira Brazilian Martial Art classes at the Legacy Martial Arts, 307 N. 36th Street, Quincy, IL 62301 Welcome to the Quincy, IL Branch of Aruandê Capoeira, the home of Afro-Brazilian Martial Arts. Our mission is to promote health and wellness. Aruandê Capoeira is supervised by Capoeira Mestre (Master) Demetrius. We are located at Legacy Martial Arts, 307 N. 36th Street, Quincy, IL 62301 USA. We offer year round instruction in the Regional form of Capoeira, Capoeira Conditioning, and Maculelé. Potential clients ages 3 and up, as well as all skill levels are encouraged to attend. |
